2024 Ethernet wire, steel wire, found objects 22 x 24 x 16 cm

Through the assemblage of discarded technology and found artefact, these wire sculptures explore my memories of childhood visions. They evoke a playful nostalgia — inviting viewers to rediscover the imagination that is inherent as a human creativity. Made from discarded Ethernet wire and found objects — beads, plastics, toys, and shells — each piece brings life into forgotten materials; taking shape as brightly coloured beings, night creatures and supernatural shapes. Through this series, I thus reimagine connectivity and environmental consciousness, transforming overlooked remnants into fantastical entities that celebrate the joy of imaginative exploration.
